Architecture is problem-solving at every scale - a single room, a hundred units, a building that has to work for the people who live in it.
Studio Sargis works across the full range of the built environment: single-family homes, multifamily housing, historic adaptive reuse, commercial interiors, and development feasibility. Over 3,500 units. Projects from a gut renovation in Dorchester to a new construction building in Roxbury to a mill conversion in Millbury.
We are a boutique firm - principals are on every project. We understand zoning, construction, and the economics of development, not just the architecture. That perspective shapes every decision, from the first sketch to the permit set.
The work varies. The approach doesn't.
Studio Sargis was founded by Jeff and Stav Sargis, both licensed architects and Wentworth graduates. Jeff brings deep multifamily experience from his time at The Architectural Team, a nationally recognized leader in residential architecture, contributing to the design and documentation of thousands of residential units across market-rate, affordable, senior living, mixed-use, and Historic Tax Credit developments. Stav brings a background in construction management and facilities leadership as Associate Director of Harvard Undergraduate Libraries. Together they cover the full range of a project - from technical documentation and regulatory approvals to interior design and client experience.
