Stav Sargis is a licensed architect and co-founder of Studio Sargis, holding a Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Her background spans construction management, high-end residential interiors, and facilities leadership, most recently as Associate Director of Harvard Undergraduate Libraries. She brings a client-side perspective to every project, with a focus on interior design, finish quality, and the details that translate a design from drawings into a finished space.

Jeff Sargis, is a licensed architect and co-founder of Studio Sargis, holding a Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Before founding the firm, he contributed to the design and documentation of thousands of residential units at The Architectural Team, a nationally recognized leader in residential architecture, working across market-rate, affordable, senior living, mixed-use, and Historic Tax Credit developments. He brings that multifamily depth alongside direct development experience through The Ashmont Group and Cromane Development - giving clients an architect who understands the full economics of a project.

Sanir holds a Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and brings 15 years of experience to the Studio Sargis team. He leads design development and zoning entitlements, with a strong track record of getting projects approved - from variance applications to Planning Board and ZBA hearings across Massachusetts.

Josh brings over 10 years of residential design and drafting experience to the Studio Sargis team. A Wentworth graduate, he specializes in floor plan development, as-built documentation, and interior modeling. Josh is also a certified drone pilot, adding aerial photography and site documentation capabilities to the firm's service offering.

Cameron holds a Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and brings experience across multifamily, hospitality, and corporate office design. He has contributed to landmark projects including Echelon Seaport, The Beverly, and The Sudbury, and has worked with clients including HarbourVest Financial, Sinch Voice, National Futures Association, and Bain Capital. At Studio Sargis he leads design development, space planning, finish selection, and 3D visualization.

Studio Sargis's junior consultants. Lucas, nearly 4, leads playroom design and field measuring, bringing a fresh and energetic perspective to every project review. Theo, 10 months, handles quality control and has strong feelings about most things. Together they ensure creativity and joy are never overlooked.
