Before founding Studio Sargis, Jeff Sargis built extensive experience working on large-scale multifamily developments during his time at The Architectural Team, a nationally recognized leader in residential architecture. He contributed to the design and documentation of over 3,500 residential units across a range of project types, including market-rate apartments, affordable housing, senior living, mixed-use communities, and State and Federal Historic Tax Credit developments. This foundation gave him a deep understanding of the design, technical, and regulatory complexities that multifamily projects demand—expertise that now informs every project at Studio Sargis.
