Originally constrained by compartmentalized rooms and uneven circulation, the ranch was reorganized to create clarity and flow. The living room and primary suite were reshaped first, introducing a second full bath and dedicated laundry while improving the logic of the plan. Bedrooms were refined with more efficient closet configurations, increasing storage without expanding the footprint.

At the entry, a new half-glass door introduces daylight and establishes a more welcoming threshold, paired with built-in seating and concealed storage. In the living room, the ceiling was raised and wood paneling added to bring warmth and vertical dimension to the space.

The kitchen was expanded within the existing structural walls, replacing a tight eat-in layout with an entertainment peninsula designed for gathering. A former screened porch was enclosed to create a dining room, adding meaningful square footage and completing the interior sequence.

The home now feels open, intentional, and aligned with contemporary living.

Built-in storage and warm wood tones anchor the entry. Glazing draws daylight inward, softening the transition from exterior to interior.
